Hamburg declare war on their own fans
BUNDESLIGA side Hamburg have declared war on their own fans… for WEEING in their stadium.
The struggling German outfit crashed to an 8-0 defeat at Bayern Munich on Saturday.
But it is not just their leaky defence that has left club chiefs annoyed. Officials have now threatened to throw out supporters that are caught relieving themselves anywhere other than the toilets at the Volksparkstadion.
The have posted a mock road sign via their social media channels to say: “Peeing prohibited.”
They wrote: “Feral p***ers are not wanted! Not in our living room!
“The club’s security staff will eject feral p***ers, in accordance with the house rules of the Volksparkstadion.”
Angry fans have responded to the threat and hit out at the club.
They blamed the peeing problem on the inadequate toilet facilities at the 55,000-capacity arena.
Ex-Arsenal defender Johan Djourou and former Spurs and Fulham midfielder Lewis Holtby play for Hamburg.
The club currently lie just one place above the drop zone.
